Hezekiah University has a Board of Trustees appointed by the Proprietor and is the highest governing body of the University. It is charged with the overall policy direction and financing of the University.


The governing body of the University entrusted with the responsibility for the general management of the affairs of the university and in particular the control of the property and expenditure of the University is the Governing Council. The members of Council are appointed by the Board of Trustees. The Council is empowered to do anything, which in its opinion is calculated to facilitate the carrying on of the objects and activities of the University. The tenure of the governing council is three years in the first instance and may be renewed for a further and final term of three years.
